SFQP SWEET TEA! A Queer Variety Show
I had the honor of photographing Sweet Tea!, a queer variety show presented by Southern Fried Queer Pride (SFQP). The event was a celebration of Southern queer artistry, filled with bold performances, vibrant personalities, and joyful community spirit.
My goal was to capture the energy of the night, the performers in their element, the audience’s reactions, and the electric atmosphere that made the show unforgettable. Through candid shots and dynamic stage photography, I documented the beauty of queer expression and the power of community coming together in celebration.
This series reflects not just a performance, but the warmth, resilience, and creativity of queer life in the South.
